Kryotech verhuist naar een groter pand. Tevens wordt Alfa Print opgenomen in de bvba. --- FR --- Kryotech déménage vers des locaux plus spacieux. En outre, Alfa Print est inclus dans la SPRL. --- EN --- Kryotech moved to a larger property. At the same time Alfa-Print became included in the bvba.

Samenwerking met CAP-Protection (later SPB België). De uitgebreide garanties en accidental damages van smartphones voor Carrefour, Office Center en Photohall worden door Kryotech behandeld. --- FR --- La coopération avec CAP-Protection (plus tard appelée SPB Belgique). Les garanties prolongées et dommages accidentels des smartphones pour Carrefour, Office Center et Photo Hall sont traités par Kryotech. --- EN --- Kryotech collaborated with CAP-Protection (became SPB België). The extended wararnties and accidental damages of smartphones for Carrefour, Office Center and Photohall were treated by Kryotech.

2009

groen sector - secteur de l'horticulture - green sector

Nieuwe deals worden afgesloten met softwarebedrijven die vooral actief zijn in de groen-sector. De eerste herstellingen van smartphones en tablets. --- FR --- De nouveaux accords sont conclus avec des entreprises de logiciels qui sont principalement actives dans le secteur de l'horticulture. Les premières réparations des smartphones et tablettes. --- EN --- New deals were done with software companies who were active in the green sector. The first repairs of smartphones and tablets started taking place.

2007

Packard Bell

Kryotech wordt een erkende hersteller van Packard-Bell. Het aantal herstellingen is ondertussen gestegen tot meer dan 14.000 per jaar. --- FR --- Kryotech devient un réparateur agréé Packard Bell. Le nombre de réparations a, entre- temps, augmenté de plus de 14.000 par an. --- EN --- Kryotech became a recognized repair center for Packard-Bell. The amount of repairs has skyrocketed to more than 14 000 per year.

Hardware ondersteuning van enkele software producenten die zich richten op de textielindustrie. Deze bedrijven leveren de software, Kryotech levert en onderhoudt de benodigde hardware. --- FR --- Le support matériel de certains producteurs de logiciels mettent l’accent sur l’industrie textile. Ces entreprises fournissent le logiciel, Kryotech fournit et entretient le matériel nécessaire. --- EN --- Kryotech provided hardware support and the hardware itself for software producers targetting the textile industry.

2003

HP

Kryotech wordt een centraal HP RMA-punt. Meer en meer scholen en KMO's worden klant. --- FR --- Kryotech devient un point central du RMA de HP. De plus en plus d’écoles et de PME deviennent clients. --- EN --- Kryotech became a central HP RMA point. More schools and KMO’s were looking for Kryotech’s IT services.

2000

Carrefour

Het aantal herstellingen blijft groeien. Daarnaast komen er steeds nieuwe bedrijven bij waar Johny de IT-verantwoordelijkheid op zich neemt. De eerste bediende wordt aangenomen: Ronald Van Ackeren. Carrefour vraagt aan Kryotech om de kwaliteitscontrole te doen bij de fabrikant van de PC's van hun huismerk GMT-Net: na enkele maanden wordt de foutenmarge van meer dan 8% teruggebracht naar 3%. --- FR --- Les réparations ne cessent d'augmenter. De nouvelles entreprises viennent nous rejoindre et où Johny prend la responsabilité IT. Le premier employé est recruté : Ronald Van Ackeren. Carrefour demande à Kryotech de faire le contrôle qualité des PCs de leur propre marque GMT-NET : Au bout de quelques mois, la marge d’erreur de plus de 8% est réduite à 3%. --- EN --- The amount of repairs proceeded to grow. Johny had more and more companies of which he had taken the IT responsibility for. A new employee signed on: Ronald Van Ackeren. Carrefour asked Kryotech for quality control with the manufacturer of their house brand GMT-net. After a few months the error margin was pushed back from 8% to 3%.

1998

BVBA - SPRL

Kryotech wordt een bvba en Johny werkt nu voltijds in de zaak. Het aantal herstellingen voor Carrefour neemt gestadig toe. --- FR --- Kryotech devient une SPRL et Johny travaille maintenant à temps-plein dans la Société. Les réparations pour Carrefour sont en constantes augmentations. --- EN --- Kryotech became a BVBA and Johny started working full time in the business. The amount of Carrefour repairs started increasing continuously.

1996

Kryotech

Kryotech wordt opgericht door Johny en Kris Tiebos.Hun hobby werd hun bijberoep, met als eerste doel PC's en randapparatuur te herstellen en te verkopen. Ook in 1996 wordt Kryotech het diagnose- en herstelcentrum voor Carrefour Belgium NV, toen nog GB - Maxitec. --- FR --- Johny Stuer et Kris Tiebos fondent Kryotech. Leur passe-temps étant leur profession complémentaire, ils ont comme premier objectif la réparation et la vente d'ordinateurs et périphériques. En 1996 Kryotech devient le centre de diagnostiques et réparations pour Carrefour Belgium NV (appelé auparavant GB-MAXITEX). --- EN --- Kryotech was established by Johny and Kris Tiebos. Their hobbies became a profession with their primary goal to repair and sell personal computers and peripherals. In 1996 Kryotech became a diagnostic- and repaircenter for Carrefour Belgium NV, named “GB – Maxitec” back then.

1994

het begin - le départ - the start

Johny Stuer studeert af als Ingenieur micro-elektronica en kan onmiddellijk aan de slag als hoofd technische dienst bij het pas opgerichte computer merk Escom, die het bekende Commodore verder zetten. Later wordt dit Fujitsu Benelux. --- FR --- Johny Stuer termine ses études comme ingénieur en micro-électronique et peut directement commencer comme responsable technique chez la marque informatique Escom nouvellement crée, qui introduit le bien connu Commodore. Plus tard celle-ci devient Fujitsu Benelux. --- EN --- Johny finished his studies as microelectronic engineer and started working as head of the technical department of the recently established computer brand “Escom”, who put on the well-known Commodore. Later on this became Fujitsu Benelux.
